Already August?
Taylor Swift sings about August and the calendar claims it really started, so I guess I should officially post about it.
Fortunately, here in North Idaho, we still have an entire month to enjoy the lake before school busses take over.
Meanwhile, the August to-do list consists of cliff jumping, high-diving, wake surfing and skinny dipping.
One of my favorite small details from the Ponderosa Project celebrates those splashy summer moments. Thoughtful art coordinates with the tile in the playful bathroom. Children cliff-jumping, (perhaps at Tubbs Hill?) splash into beautiful watercolors that are repeated in the shower wall.
Add a fancy bidet toilet, darling loopy cabinet pulls and orange towels to provide a “splash” of color and this room feels almost as fun as a summer concert.
