A 15-Step Process
The E Squared Experience is a deliberate 15 step process that takes you from an idea with potential to a space where you can truly #enjoyyourview. Let’s take a look at one of our most unique projects that is literally making steps to enjoy a fantastic view on Hayden Lake.
Although most of our work is with interiors, we have been heavily involved with the planning of the exterior landscaping of this lakeside cabana to create an inviting, natural flow from the inside out. In lieu of a stone retaining wall, we are creating a Flex MSE wall (remember all those bags from a previous post?) that will create a stable, vegetated wall to retain the land, prevent erosion, and look natural. This beautiful alternative to concrete retaining walls will be the first of it’s kind on Hayden Lake and enhance the natural landscape. The boulders used have all been found on the property and placed with precision and care. The stone steps were locally sourced and add permanent, maintenance-free function and beauty. I love those rough edges and natural colors!
